Coley Santos, Assistant Guide/Teacher 

Coley moved to Cape Cod, MA from her hometown of Topsfield, MA in 2017 and began working at SMS in September of 2022.

Coley has been in the Early Childhood Education field since 2009 and became EEC certified as a toddler teacher in 2010. She has an associate degree in early childhood education. Teaching/Guiding toddlers is her forte'.

SMS is Coley’s first experience with Montessori. She was drawn to Montessori after a tour of the school campus, where she got a chance to see the beauty of the indoor and outdoor classroom environments. Coley believes that opportunities children are given in the Montessori prepared environment leads them to make discoveries and build skills and knowledge that wouldn’t as likely be seen in young children in traditional education. 

Coley welcomed her baby girl, Parker in the Summer of 2023. Her hobbies revolve around her baby and her family life. She feels beyond blessed to have her baby in the Montessori Nido/Toddler community.
