Emma Holmgren

Emma grew up in Sandwich, Massachusetts, and has spent most of her life on Cape Cod, aside from her time in New York City while studying at Fordham University. In the spring of 2025, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a minor in Visual Arts.

For the past four years, Emma has gained experience working with children as both a camp counselor and a nanny. These experiences inspired her to pursue a career in education. She especially enjoys watching children grow, explore, and discover the world through learning, and she is excited to continue developing her skills as an educator at Sandwich Montessori School.

Outside of school, Emma enjoys traveling, creating art, and spending time outdoors. Most recently, she traveled to New Zealand, where she had the opportunity to nanny for families and further develop her passion for working with children.
