Taline Carreira, Assistant Teacher

Taline joined our team here at SMS in January 2023. She began her Early Childhood Education career in 2020, after being in banking for 7+ years. 

Working with young children has always been her passion. She began babysitting in her young teenage years. The birth of her daughter in 2019 influenced her decision to switch career paths.  This also ignited her interest in Montessori philosophy. She fell in love with it and began following Montessori principles at home within her family and parenting style. 

Taline was born and raised in Brazil, she moved to Cape Cod in 2006, after finishing high school. She enrolled in Cape Cod Community College and earned her associate degree in early Childhood Education and Care in 2021. 



In her free time, Taline enjoys spending quality time with her family and 2 dogs, going to the beach, pond, hiking, traveling, and watching movies. She also loves biking, yoga, and various home projects.
