Willow Campuzano

Willow Campuzano is from Harwich and grew up in California before returning to Cape Cod approximately six years ago. She has always had a natural love for working with children and began her professional career in childcare about three years ago. Since then, she has continued to grow as an educator through college coursework and by earning EEC certifications.
Willow enjoys working with children of all ages, with a particular passion for infants and toddlers. She finds it especially meaningful to be part of their earliest stages of development and to watch them discover the world around them. She loves seeing the world through a child’s eyes, encouraging curiosity, supporting independence, and creating a safe, loving environment where children feel comfortable exploring and learning.
Although Willow is new to Montessori education, she is excited to learn and embrace the Montessori philosophy. She looks forward to discovering new ways to guide children with patience, respect, independence, and intention. She believes that being a good teacher also means remaining open to learning and growing alongside the children in her care.
Outside of the classroom, Willow enjoys traveling internationally and exploring different languages, cultures, and ways of life. She has had the opportunity to teach in schools in Thailand and Cambodia, experiences that allowed her to explore different teaching approaches and learn from educators around the world. She has a strong interest in culture, language, and geography and is currently working toward mastering Mandarin while continuing her education and professional growth. Willow also enjoys focusing on health and fitness, personal growth, and staying involved in her community through Harbor Church.
